？ Overall Job Purpose: Work closely with commercial team to drive excellence on the following aspects:

？ Marketing spending:

1) Manage and monitor marketing resources and activities to deliver business result.
2) Support in the preparation of Marketing Agreements, analysis of customer profitability; support sales & marketing function with appropriate expertise in finance and advise on the most appropriate financing options when dealing with customers.
3) Responsible for Marketing spending planning, reporting, results monitoring, marketing efficiency monitoring as well as support management in decision making with high quality and timely analysis for corrective actions and continuous improvement.

？ Business performance analysis:

1) Monitor sales performance and analyse the financial implications of trade offers and promotions
2) Regular review of performance of distributors and channel performance
3) Design and preparation of ad hoc reports to analyse the business performances and marketing efficiency of different segments, geographies and channels

？ Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Work with sales and marketing function together to maximize efficiency of different trade offer promotions and marketing initiatives
2) Assist and control the budgeting and rolling forecast of marketing spend
3) Optimize marketing and trade offer resources (A&P and discounts) to meet sales target
4) Ensure suitable tracking is in place to understand the portfolio performance at a category and brand level, support Marketing team in suggesting corrective actions to manage target achievement as business needs
5) Design and maintain the internal business processes to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency, and at the same time adhering to corporate compliance policies
6) Proactively carry out high quality and value added analysis to support business decision on pricing, marketing investment and trade promotion offers
7) Ad hoc Business cases follow-up assigned from Line Manager from time to time
8) Support the procurement process for Marketing related goods and services

？ Requirements:

1) A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree holder in Accounting, Business and Statistics or Finance related disciplines
2) Minimum of 5 years’ related working experience, with at least 3 years’ experience in business and financial analysis and 2 years’ experience in internal audit or Big 4.
3) Must be business driven and proactive; Strong sense of commitment
4) Excellent communication skills with good interpersonal skills
5) Self-starter and be able to work on details. Ability to manage large volume of data and hence transform the raw data into meaningful analysis to facilitate management to make business decisions
6) Good analytical skills and strong numerical sense
7) Hands-on experience in MS Excel a MUST and knowledge on Oracle or any other renowned ERP systems is an advantage
