职位描述：
JOB SCOPE (State briefly purpose and scope of the position)
负责全厂工装夹具设计制造和设备评估使用. 负责对压铸车间/加工车间/组装车间的不良品进行分析。
 Be responsible for fixture design and development ,new equipment introduction.
and for analysis of failure product in die casting workshop/machining workshop/assembly workshop .
工作职责
JOB RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES
1.负责夹具的设计与申请。
Be in charge of fixture /tooling design and application.
2.负责新设备的导入。
Be in charge of new equipment introduction.
3. 投资申请资料的准备，财务资料的跟进。
Preparation of investment application information, Capex follow up.
4.车间的不良品分析，提出解决方案。
Analyse and solve the process problem.
5.改善当前产品的生产性去缩减成本。
Improve the design of current product and productivity to reduce the cost.
6.跟踪新产品开发到大货生产的所有技术问题的解决。
Follow up the new product development to mass production and sovle all problem .
7. 服从上级领导的安排。
Obey the work arrangement from leader.

QUALIFICATIONS (List minimum qualifications for job, education, experience, other).
1.本科以上学历，机械或者机电专业。
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or automation.
2. 有1年以上冲压模具和注塑模具的经验。
At least one year experience in Die casting workshop(press mold and injection mold)
3.熟悉机械的加工工艺。能熟练使用绘图软件（autocad or PRO/E）
Have a good understanding for machining process. Be up on modeling modify with drawing software(PRO/E and AUTOCAD).
4.良好的沟通能力。
Strong communication skills.
5.熟悉电脑办公软件。
