职位描述：
Responsibilities:

？ Responsible for sales revenue target at sub-segment markets/applications growth in Electronics and Motor industry through key account management and channel management(Battery and other electronics as major, Emergency generator, Industrial motor, HV motor as minor etc)(may deep diving and influence consumer electronics value chain of Apple, Samsung, Huawei, Tesla)
？ Identify clear value chain and defend competition thru fabricator, integrator, first tier supplier, brand house.
？ Develop and drive new growth opportunity by building application insight from industry OEMs and technical education for application end users like integrator and brand house.
？ Interact with Application Development team for new applications and market development even include new product of Nomex® paper.
？ Host conference call of new product qualification review with global technical and production team. Commercialize new product in the rapid changing market.
？ Responsible for segment growth logic and segment strategic map setting


Qualifications:

？ Bachelor degree or higher in engineering or material sciences (prefer Electric Engineering(110KV+) to cover motor/transformer part or Material Engineering(EE direction)
？ Minimum 3 years of actual working experience in sales area
？ Good English communication skills both oral and written
？ Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer intimacy
？ Willingness to have frequent business trips in China(major in Kunshan and Dongguan)
