职位描述：
Job Responsibilities 工作职责
1.Accomplish the team target of EPDM sales
2. Daily contact of key accounts
2.1 Follow up Cooper(Metzeler), Saargummi group and other local customers
2.2 Follow Wiper blade customers and gain business
3. Solve the trouble-shooting of EPDM and help team to do trouble-shooting

Job Requirement 岗位要求

Education Background 教育背景
Bachelor degree or above, major in chemical engineering.
Relevant Working Experience 工作经验
>3 years working experience in material process in rubber / plastic industry
Qualifications 任职资格
Must have expertise in sales
needs to be an excellent communicator in order to deal with difficult negotiations
Must be a good traveler and able to understand, cope and manage cultural differences.
Must be driven to learn the Stahl chemicals and customer needs
will have experience in people management, effective use of resources
Must speak English and Mandarin
have strong interpersonal networking skills
be people oriented
be self-motivated
be well organized
Have the skills to develop and maintain good relationships with strategic accounts
Ability to demonstrate good leadership
Be results oriented, pro-active and ambitious
Have good decision making capabilities
