职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Support global business and sourcing in the procurement of chemical raw materials / intermediates / pesticide technicals from China
? Develop product cost / pricing model and perform economic/financial analysis on projects and new initiatives to support the development of sourcing strategy
? Review and update purchase price with vendors according to contract
? Monitor the market and policy change of key raw materials and pesticides, evaluate the impact on product cost and purchase price.
? Generate and update sourcing reports and dashboard monthly for management review
? File and maintain sourcing operation documentations, e.g. process and procedures; contract and order database; product price record; vendor profile and records; etc.
? Work with finance team to generate various business/finance reports upon request, e.g. department cost monthly forecast, China economic status analysis report, etc.

Skill, Capability & Experience:
? Bachelor Degree and above, preferably majored in chemistry or relevant disciplines
? A minimum 3-year chemical industry purchase experience
? Strong negotiation and communication interpersonal skills
? Good finance and costing knowledge.
? Excellent organizational and record keeping skill
? Strong problem-solving skill, be self-motivated and with team-work spirit.
