职位描述：
1、负责制定、执行、监督公司人力资源管理制度，对公司的招聘计划、薪酬福利制度、绩效管理、培训、员工关系等方面进行统筹管理；
2、跟踪评估人才的面试和录用情况，更新和维护人才储备；
3、根据工作需要全面负责公司在岗人员的工作调动、岗位任免、招聘程序

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，人力资源或相关专业优先；
2、1年以上企业同岗位工作经验；
3、对人力资源管理各个职能模块均有深入的认识，能够指导各个职能模块的工作；
4、熟悉国家、地区及企业关于合同管理、薪金制度、用人机制、保险福利待遇、培训等方面的法律法规及政策。 举报 分享
