职位描述：
Purpose of the Role:
Responsible for managing different accounting teams for Clients’ outsourced book-keeping functions. To ensure accuracy and completeness of work with attention to detail, while at the same time maintaining productivity. Contributing to the organization by delivering such high-quality service that the Clients see the Employer as their accounting firm of choice. Provide to the accounting department a uniform working method and approach to work.
 
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
1) Managing. Controlling, Coaching and mentoring different accounting teams who to perform the following activities
Data entry of bank details, income and expenses, ensuring records are kept up to date on a weekly / bimonthly / monthly basis,
Maintain all required sub-ledgers
Reconcile bank accounts, and sub-ledger accounts
Prepare working papers and submit for tax returns.
Prepare VAT reconciliations and manage refund process.
Manage all corporate tax issues (compliance, refunds, obtaining special concessions)
Liaise with clients, team members and support other colleagues
Assign Other tasks where necessary
2) Have direct communication with Clients for any issue regarding the accounting and administrative management of the Company
3) Optimize and make the accounting teams become more sensitive on quality, timeliness, working method, technical tools, proactiveness
4) Provide monthly training session on PRC GAAP, best accounting practice, updates on tax news
5) Promote Firm’s vision and values.
 
Skills & Experience:
High level book-keeping and accounting skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
Excellent computer literacy with a high level of understanding of Microsoft software,
In particular, excellent use of excel: ability to create pivot, macros, and other excel tools in order to automatize the financial reporting structure and format.
Expert level of understanding and usage of accounting software programs (ie KingDee or similar), both for the main GL module and the additional modules (i.e. Inventory, AP, AR)
Excellent knowledge of PRC accounting and tax accounting standards and regulations
Ability to anticipate the client’s needs, flexibility of mind
Excellent knowledge of the international tax principles (DTAs, OECD Guidelines etc.)
Personal Attributes:
Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral, and in particular a professional and pleasant phone manner
Ability to work as a team member and authority to guide and coach the accounting team
Proactive,willingness to learn, and meliorate working methods and environment
Attention to detail/Professional positive attitude
Ability to constantly be updated, commitment to self-study for him/herself and in order to provide mentoring to the subordinate
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting
Medium Grade Accounting Certificate (mandatory)
CPA/ACCA qualification is required
