Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit a System Developer to join the Group IT department to support the development needs for Group and Global IT services.

The Role

The System Developer is responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites, from layout to functions and according to projects' specifications. He/she will handle web and apps design and contents, coding, testing, implementation, updates and maintenance.

Specific responsibilities include:

? Responsible for creating visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation;
? Responsible for User Interface (UI), cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards;
? Develop and enhance the web application for the team;
? Apply Responsive, Adaptive and Material design principles.
? Responsible for document changes according to ITIL Change Management Practices.
? To provision of training and knowledge sharing, if required, for stakeholders within the School or Offices.
? Work as a “Business liaison” for Schools & Offices, gaining over time a complete understanding of the Workflow and IT requirements of the school or office.
? Help the IT infrastructure department implementing and maintaining code for IT processes and administrating IT applications.

Qualification / Certificate:
? Degree in information technology or related discipline
? Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD) Certification
? Certification in PHP programming skills - PHP Certification

Experience / Knowledge:
? At least 3 years of experience in web development with both front-end and back-end web application development skills
? Solid experience and knowledge in PHP
? Understanding of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX)
? Experience in internet programming languages/tools, e.g. HTML5, PHP, XML, Node.js, ASP.NET. C#.NET, CSS & CSS3, Bootstrap, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, MSSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, JQuery, etc.
? Experience in iOS/Android apps development is definitely advantage
? PowerShell scripting
? Active Directory administration knowledge
