Sales & Marketing Support Specialist:
? Manage Marketing Projects and Campaigns
Assigned Marketing projects or developments are led from briefing to acceptance. Respect project deliverables, budget and planning. Marketing campaigns must address target audience and convey messages required by the strategy. Implement excellence in day to day work. Improve processes whenever possible. Manage efficiently of external resources for a better output.
? Coordinate and organize exhibitions, customer events, external / internal events
Tradeshow plan is implemented according to budget/timeline/customer satisfaction requirements.
The design following IBA guidelines, and suggest good idea for design.
Ensure the budget/timeline/requirements
? Develop, suggest, produce and communicate marketing material (offline and online)
Marketing materials (leaflet, website, social network…) are produced and updated when required according to budget/timeline/requirements/corporate guidelines. Building and executing social media strategy through competitive and audience research. Generating and sharing content constantly that builds meaningful connections with each social media platform. Include regional variations whenever needed.
? Manage CRM contacts
Manage and qualify contact Data Base so that it is representative of the segments and targets defined by strategic marketing allowing targeted direct marketing actions.
? Support other market facing departments to ensure quality in all communication.
Support Sales, Sales support, Offering Development Group to ensure quality of documentation (sales support documents, quotations, presentation and messaging).
? Ensure efficient internal communication of S&M information and CFDA monitoring
Set up procedures and tools allowing efficient and simple internal communication of the marketing information (Market data, Brand & Product positioning, product documentation) and CFDA audit.
? Initiate or create content for Marketing campaigns, documents, web. (in line with marketing strategy and objectives)
Pro-actively collect, consolidate, update and format marketing content for marketing communications and campaigns and/or brand and product positioning.
? Conduct market analysis, business trends, give strategic recommendations and contribute to business development strategy (in line with marketing strategy and objectives)
Report and advise on suggested market positioning and competitive analysis; Contribute to the marketing and business strategy development based on market and competition analysis
? Manage supply contracts procedures for private and public customers; Monitor and check calls for bid; Tender's dossier preparation; Meet tenders deadlines; Monitor expiry of contracts

? Provide daily support to the team when required (tenders, etc.)

Profile required:
? Bachelor degree in business, international trade or English;
? Relevant experience in sales support or marketing;
? A good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Excel etc.;
? Experience in tender document preparation;
? Self-motivated, proactive and hands-on person;
? Attention to details with very good analytical skills;
? Organize your work autonomously and to take initiatives;
? A good team player with a strong customer focus;
? Very good oral and written communication skills in Mandarin, also in English.

1947 年: Louvain-la-neuve 天主教大学( UCL )的粒子回旋加速器研究中心生产了粒子回旋加速器。
