职位描述：
岗位职责:
1、负责官方微博、微信、搜狐等平台的日常内容的撰写和运营；
2、收集、研究热点短视频，结合新媒体特性，对微博、微信内容实时调整和更新；
3、负责策划并执行移动端营销线日常活动及跟踪维护，根据项目发送各种图文内容；
4、负责增加粉丝数，提高关注度和粉丝的活跃度，并及时与粉丝互动；
5、分析同行业微博，微信，搜狐等新媒体内容结构及话题热点，充分了解用户需求，收集用户反馈，分析用户行为及需求；
6、定期统计并分析新媒体运营相关数据，并形成报告提交给领导；
7、负责微信公众号活动的策划和执行，并对活动效果负责；
8、挖掘用户需求感受，为新媒体运营改进提供建设性意见。
6、完成其他上级指定工作。

任职资格:
1、专科及以上学历，2年以上相关工作经验；
2、具有较强的新闻、热点敏感性，有较强的文案功底；
3、有丰富的线上线下活动推广实战经验，对短视频平台有深入研究，对短视频产品站外推广有独到见解；
4、网感好，创意优，有良好的策略思考能力并能独立撰写方案，掌握一定的图片及视频处理软件；
5、思维活跃，工作主动，有责任感，良好团队合作精神、执行力，独立思考和应变能力，能承受较大工作
压力；
6、有微博、微信运营成功案例者优先。

Job Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
1, specialist and above, more than 2 years relevant work experience;
2, with strong news, hot sensitivity, a strong copy of the foundation;

4, net sense of good, creative gifted, have a good strategic thinking ability and can independently write programs, master a certain picture and video processing software;
