  职位要求：

1.熟练操作Premiere等视频编辑软件，会AE有加分； 理解各种视频、音频格式及标准； 

2.熟练操作PS，Ai等设计软件，有3D软件使用经验优先；

3.能准确理解并实现策划或导演的创作意图和艺术构思，有一定的策划及创意能力；

4.理解镜头语言，对于音乐、节奏、色彩、影片风格等有良好的把控能力；

5.至少有1个完整项目的后期制作/视频剪辑的经验；

6.编导、影视、动画专业优先；

工作内容及职责：

1. 协助策划，和导演完成视频的后期制作；

2. 主要负责培训课程类视频的合成、剪辑、字幕校对等工作；
