1.Booking confirm and updating through system, space checking with sales;
2.Helping customer and team members to solve problems, etc.;
3.Trace cargo with oversea office;
4.Guide and help client to trace cargo via HMM Web-site.
Requirements:
1.Good communication skills, good skills for handling clients’ compliant and trouble case, customer-oriented and outgoing;
2.Good PC skills and presentation capabilities.
Renewable contract (短期合同，有机会转正)
