职位描述：
1.收集和整合分析销售计划，形成需求计划；
Collect sales data from each Asia Commercial Finance
- tidy up the data and maintain the master data file , load the data into Smoothie software.
- Prepare analysis on sales Vs demand and run the Demand Review Meeting with each commercial entity, to check the forecast variance and make reasonable forecast based on the marketing movement, activities, new business and etc.
2.季度、年度销售预测的整合；
 Finalize the forecast and send to Commercial as Mass replenishment planning and RX planning.
3.和销售团队一起按产品制订月度销售量预算；
Work with Commercials to generate budget volume by product by month, and present the value information and sales analysis for reference.
4.制定亚洲市场镜片物料需求计划；
  Finalize the Model backup and prepare the demand pack and send to Global SCM to be the input of Asia Demand Planning.
5..产品上下市管理;
Get in touch with Commercial in terms of phase out project and the new product launch.
6.其它临时安排的工作任务。

人员要求：
1.流利的英文听说读写能力
Fluent English skills including oral and writting.
2.责任心强，容易与人相处
Responsible and good team spirits
3.2年以上销售需求、物料计划、客服等岗位工作经验
Over 2yrs sales demand\material planning\customer service related job experience
4.外企经验优先
