职位描述：
Our client company is a medium sized manufacturer of manual and CNC controlled tool grinding machines.
The company has been founded in 1950 and is looking back to over 65 years experience in development and sales of tool grinding machines. Their machines are helping customers worldwide to grind high quality tools. In China they are having over 250 machines working.
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Service Field Engineer preferably in Dongguan, Guangdong Province.

Job details：
1. Diagnosis, trouble shooting and solution proposals for the different technical questions of our customers
2. Error search and diagnosis
3. Commissioning, setting into operation, repair and maintanance of machines and equipment
4. Quick, correct, prompt and direct execution of protocols and reportings (servicecalls, checklists, accountings etc.)
5. Direct and prompt communication with the hotline/servicecoordinator

Requirement：
1. Education as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics engineer and/or electrician
2. Experience as a service technician in the area of tool grinding machines
3. FRIENDLY, CUSTOMER ORIENTED APPEARANCE and service geared practice
4. Direct contact to customers, professional and safe appearance at customer
5. Careful and clean handling of the provided work aids, tools, means of communication equipment and vehicles.
