职位描述：

岗位职责：

作为智能识别产品业务运营的核心，成为总部销售/市场/产品经理和工厂生产/物流/采购/新项目管理/质量部门的桥梁，全面负责智能识别产品业务的协调和运营工作
Centerpiece of Smart ID operations, serving as the bridge between Sales/Marketing/Product Management in Finland and Production/Logistics/Purchasing/NPI/Quality in China, and having overall responsibility for coordinating Smart ID operations activities in China.
Detailed as:
1. 协调销售/市场/产品团队，领导和管理订单收单到出货的流程，管理技术规格的执行，确保生产正确的产品和按期出货；
Lead and manage the operational order-delivery execution process in China, by coordinating with Sales/Marketing/product management team, managing the technical elements in agreed orders, and thereby ensuring that correct products are manufactured and delivered within agreed deadlines；
2. 支持总部的产品经理团队管理智能识别产品的产品周期，协调工厂内部的所有相关流程；
Support PM Team at HQ with the product life cycle management of tag and label products, by coordinating all related processes in China.
3. 管理在中国工厂内部的产品认证流程，与总部密切协调应对投标，系统集成商和客户
Manage the critical qualification processes in China for tenders, system integrators, customers in close coordination with HQ.
4. 管理智能识别产品的新品引入，包括新产品的引入和现有产品的升级和改进，成为产品经理和工程团队的桥梁；
Coordinate the New Product Introduction (NPI) for tag and label business in China, between PM and Engineering. This includes new product development and existing product adaptation.
5. 领导标签新产品导入工厂内部的行动和会议，在新产品会议中和会议后与相应部门沟通，跟进后续生产。确保工厂内部信息准确，相应需要的信息和计划行动由负责部门执行；
Lead the tag/label NPI actions and meetings in China, communicate and have follow up with production team also in between the NPI meetings. Ensure with the factory that all the created items, etc. are correct and needed information/actions will be added by responsible party
6. 管理智能识别产品新品引入流程的改善；
Drive improvement initiatives for NPI processes;
7. 领导和管理跨部门的新品引进项目团队，进行产品可行性分析；
Lead and manage cross functional teams for NPI projects and feasibility study projects;
8. 管理并提供工厂标准成本和新产品的价格；
Manage and provide standard factory product cost price for new products
9. 领导现有产品的成本降低项目；
Lead and drive cost reduction initiatives for existing products,
10. 对标签产品项目的成本，质量，损耗等核心指标进行管理及改善。协调质量等部门，跟进客诉。
Manage and improve key tag/label project performance including cost, quality, scrap, etc. Lead/coordinate with quality and related department for customer claims.
11. 协调公司内部资源在有需要时给销售团队和终端客户提供产品方面的支持；
Coordinate related department to provide product support to product management, sales team and end-customers as agreed/needed.
12. 支持智能识别产品市场工作和推广，例如参展，样品等。提供产品市场资料供外部使用，主要供中国和亚太区域，其他区域有需要时也可给予支持。包括产品数据资料，产品描述，产品图片，用户案例和应用案例等。
Support smart identification marketing activities and promotions including exhibition, sampling, etc. providing the necessary marketing material content for external use, mostly for China and APAC regions, but elsewhere as needed. This includes product data sheet, product description, product images, user cases and application cases.
13. 对智能识别产品在中国甚至亚太区的业务发展，包括对现有客户的关系维护与支持，对新的产品和业务机会进行可行性分析，寻找和建立本地或区域性合作伙伴，发展新的本地业务；
Contribute to the development of the Smart ID business in China and possibly APAC region. This may involve customer support of existing customers , Conducting commercial feasibility studies for new business opportunities, establishing partnerships with local or regional players, or otherwise developing local business opportunities.
14. 间接向总部产品总监和中国国内销售总经理汇报
Dotted line report to headquarter PM director and China sales GM

任职要求：
Degree from Engineering discipline or its equivalent
At least 5 years of working experience in project management/ program management in RFID or electronic product industry, in which 3 years at the managerial level; hands-on experience in managing NPI projects and component supplier management is essential.
Good Knowledge on ISO 9001 and 14001 standard.
Proven track record in leading and coordinating cross-functional teams from multiple-site to deliver NPI projects and product improvement initiatives.
Background working with product development teams, with a track record of success. Strong leadership, planning, and analytical skills with proactive, flexible and result-oriented personality
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with ability to work in a rapid changing and multi-cultural environment
A bicultural and an effective communicator, must have immediate credibility with customers, China local team and Overseas counterparts in Sales and Product Management.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Readiness for travel at times.
