ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES
?Develop, execute and track tactical, multi-channel marketing campaigns
?Write dynamic engaging copy for email, press releases, marketing brochures/ collaterals, web pages, announcements and other communications
?Analyse data to identify gaps and opportunities
?Launch/lead audience development and data acquisition activities
?Manage events – budget, project timelines, organisation, vendors, launch pre- and post-event marketing
?Generate highly-qualified leads using digital channels
?Support customer engagement activities to encourage business retention and upsells
?Cost-effective branding and market engagement activities
?Track and report marketing ROI and KPIs
?Bespoke marketing – customised, targeted communications and approach for strategic markets and/or key identified customers/prospects
?Lead role: Drive the social media marketing in China, including the daily operations of WeChat and being the account administrator
?Admin role: Manage the marketing inventory in China; secure and manage new vendors whenever necessary
?Juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
?Ability to work with multiple locations across times zones, requiring flexible working hours to accommodate conference calls
COMPETENCIES NEEDED:
-Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
-B2B marketing experience (direct hands on experience, managing and carrying out tactical elements themselves)
-Good copywriting skills – email marketing copy, press releases, web copy, brochures
-Ability to create strategic marketing plans, including effective communications approach and mix of marketing channels
-Experience of marketing new products and/or tapping new markets to acquire business leads
-Well versed on B2B lead generation tactics including email marketing execution skills – HTMLs, email deployment and tracking
-Digital/online marketing experience
-Good project management and organisation skills - ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work around deadlines
-Highly independent and able to function efficiently in a remote working set-up
-Ability to collaborate effectively with other functions and senior stakeholders
