岗位职责
1、全面负责裁床日常工作的管理与统筹，优化工作流程；
2、负责制定本部门生产计划，下发工作任务，对用料情况、裁片质量进行监管，跟进部门员工工作执行情况；
3、核查制单、纸样、样衣、面料、唛架等是否符合要求，改进生产方法，提高生产效率；
4、负责制定部门工作标准，定期对员工进行培训，提高岗位员工工作技能；
5、负责落实安全、6s管理，确保生产安全。

任职资格
1、具备服装成衣行业裁床人员管理经验5年以上，吃苦耐劳，责任心强，能加班；
2、熟练操作ET排唛软件，具备裁床各岗位实操能力并了解各类面料纹理、松缩率等相关属性；
3、具备统筹管理能力，熟悉现场安全与6s管理，责任心强。 举报 分享
