职位描述：
Major Responsibilities and Objectives:

？ Assist in implementing various marketing and branding activities, including but not limited to the management of advertising, media placement, brand building, mall decorations, souvenirs, and customer experience improvement projects;
？ Collect marketing information and industry intelligence, compile market analysis;
？ Work on irregular hours as when required.

Major Tasks and Activities

？ Assist in developing campaign concepts and proposals, brief agencies and suppliers on overall concepts of campaigns, scope of work and budget, and ensure that the campaigns’ objectives are met with all work completed at high quality standard;
？ Handle logistics arrangement for in-mall seasonal projects (i.e. seasonal decorations, fashion shows, etc.);
？ Supervise agencies and suppliers on the production of different marketing communication materials, including but not limited to advertising, brand building posters, direct mails, invitation cards, in-mall banners, posters, premium/gifts, and other print collaterals;
？ Supervise agencies on digital marketing communication projects and tools development;
？ Liaise with tenants on marketing programs and to build sound tenant relationship;
？ Manage 3rd party in-mall events, from handling venue enquiries to reviewing and approving event and exhibition plans, and arranging execution logistics;
？ Copywriting for internal communication materials when required.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

？ Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in marketing;
？ University graduate and above, major in Marketing / Communication related discipline a plus;
？ Good interpersonal skills, a positive team player with a pro-active and flexible approach;
？ Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
？ Understanding and keen interest in office and retail industry;
？ Strong in creative thinking, detail oriented;
？ Working experience in 4As advertising or PR agencies is a plus;
