GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
- Handle daily company’s administrative operation. Assist administration supervisor in all the administration daily work, and assist to control administrative cost.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Operate all daily administrative activities such as transportation and vehicle arrangement, canteen, stationary supplies, mailing, answering phone and welcoming guests etc.
- Deliver professional customer services (manage reception counter, maintain order and tidiness in CAN office, prepare materials and stationery for new staff) to external and internal customers.
- Full compliance with admin policies and procedures and pre-defined Instructions procurement of admin items and printing materials, settlement of payments).
- Enforce company travel policy and provide travel services (air, train, car, hotel booking).
- Assist the superior to source qualified vendor for office supply and utilities
- Other tasks assigned by superior & department Manager
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Knowledge of Logistics and forwarding business
- Good command of both oral and written English
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree or above
- Minimum 1-2 years’ working experience in administrative function in multinational companies
- Previous experience in the Admin Project i.e. office movement, office decoration will be a big plus
