相关专业本科以上学历；
Bachelor degree in related relevant disciplines ( Transport )
交通规划或交通工程7年以上经验；
At least 7 years experience in transport planning / traffic engineering
对交通规划及交通工程非常熟悉；
Good understanding of transport planning and/or traffic engineering
具有独立解决技术问题的能力；
Technical problem-solving skills
具有撰写技术报告的丰富经验；
Technical report writing experience
愿意学习新知识、提高技术能力；
Enthusiasm to learn, develop and maintain knowledge and skills
具有合作精神及优秀的沟通能力；
Team player with excellent personal and communication skills
优秀的中英文能力。
