职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for supporting an maintaining the server, storage HW/SW infrastructure including monitoring, backups, patching, anti-virus technical documentation and input to technology recommendations
2. Responsible for the implementation of projects and services in the data center environment and elsewhere in the global enterprise as assigned.
3. Responsible for assisting manager a global data center consolidation.
4. Work cooperatively with other teams and peers to maintain and revise technical standards and documentation as part of a unified strategy.
5. Producing monthly metrics to demonstrate standard and sox compliance, performance and availability, patching levels
6. Pro-actively report hardware, software incident, outages, limitations and restriction to management.
7. Responsible for troubleshooting issues and issue management throughout the infrastructure environment, serving as senior technical support for other members of the team and peer organizations
8. Maintain a constructive team oriented customer focused attitude at all times and settings
9. Partner with internal customers to ensure a high degree of functionality and availability
10. Responsible for identifying problem areas in a proactive way and developing solutions to meet the challenges in the converged data center environment
11. Project manage assigned projects to ensure projects are implemented on schedule and as defined by the IT manger.
12. Responsible for monitoring the data center infrastructure working with the security architecture team to ensure the highest standards of security are obtained

Required Skills & Experience
1. 5+ years demonstrated knowledge in infrastructure installation, configuration, support, trouble shooting and security.
2. Knowledge of complex infrastructure concepts including protocols, hypervisors, optimization, performance tuning, data base administration, packet analysis and inspection, and application performance troubleshooting.
3. i.Knowledge of Cisco data center switching platforms including working knowledge of the Cisco Nexus platform.
   ii. Knowledge of security technologies including IDS/IDS platforms, vulnerability scanning, virus remediation, monitoring and event correlation.
4. Knowledge of application load balancing platforms.
5. Experience with Disaster Recovery technologies and best practices
6. Experience of SOX Compliance and security best practices
7. Solid understanding of server platforms, virtualization, protocols and how they interact with the network in a high availability configuration
8. Experienced with Service Level agreements, configuration and use of tools to monitor performance, availability and producing metrics, to achieve Service Level Objectives.
9. Strong team player, partnering with IT peers, customers and management. .
10. Experience in IT service management best practices, including a track record of using ITIL models of service including but not limited to applications; desktop, mobile, server technologies.
11. 5+ years’ experience with configuring and managing systems tools including Antivirus platforms, backup / archiving tools, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, MS Exchange, spam and malware remediation, performance, capacity, availability, and MS SCCM.
12. Excellent presentation/communication skills.
