职位描述：
Specific duties and responsibilities：
1.Responsible supplier quality management in Brose GUA Plant. Responsible contact for all those supplier quality issues with all concerned suppliers which supply Brose GUA plant.
2.Ensure supplier quality management system efficiencies.
3.Claim confirmation with supplier regarding to the quality problem.
4.Supplier corrective action responses and conduct follow-up verification.
5.Improve supplier performance.
6.Improve channels of communication between Brose GUA and suppliers with problem-solving and resolution.
7.Communicate all necessary follow-up actions need.
8.Participates in meetings between suppliers, engineers, and purchasing representatives to facilitate material substitution, standardization, rework, salvage, and economical procurement of parts/equipment.
9.Maintain supplier information in SAP
10.Report regularly customer and supplier performance data and chart.
11.Internal support each customer team and production team with supplier quality issues, as need.
12.Lead sorting and incident information check on the customer side.
13.Keep quick response for customer complain and keep 0 defect on customer line after 0 km complaint.
14.Organize resident QC and check the real parts in customer side including 0 km and warranty defect parts.
15.Work with lab engineer and make the analysis report of warranty incident.
16.Organize the Brose team to join the customer meeting or visit/audit.
17.Tasks that are for the benefit of the Brose which assigned by manager.

Main aim of job：
1.Manage all suppliers’ quality and support all those suppliers to meet Brose quality criteria.
2.Adheres to Brose GUA & Brose Group Quality Policy.
3.Establish supplier quality management system in Brose GUA Plant according to Brose Group supplier quality management guideline.
4.Control and improve all suppliers to meet Brose quality requirement.
5.Analysis and solve material quality problems in GUA plant.
6.Go to Customer side to check and understand quality incident on Genba and transfer all information to plant side immediately as 5W2H and vehicle information.
7.Work with plant process quality as team member and manage resident QC team.
8.Organize the sorting in the customer side.

Specialized knowledge and skills：
1.Certified supplier quality assurance and auditor
2.Comprehensive knowledge of error prevention and quality planning methods
3.Comprehensive knowledge of the production methods in use as plastic injection and metal welding
4.Basic knowledge of environmental law and environmental technology
