Purpose of the job:
目的：
The C# Developer is responsible to implement, maintain, support and document the traceability software for GDS China’s plant, establishing an effective collaboration with Group IT staff and local plant management. The individual will be requested to analyze and propose enhancement (or new requirements) to the current system depending on business needs.
该职位主要负责实现、维护集团的Traceability（生产追溯）软件系统，编写相关文档，并向各部门提供Traceability相关支持，与集团IT同仁及本地管理层建立有效的合作关系。需要依据业务需求，独立完成对当前系统的变更（或新需求）的分析及实现。

Principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
主要职责包括且不限于：
？ Manage traceability system;
管理Traceability系统；
？ Ensure traceability infrastructure efficiency liaising with local IT administrator;
与本地IT同仁保持沟通确保Traceability系统的运作条件正常；
？ Keep and maintain good relationship with European traceability developers;
与欧洲的Traceability开发人员保持良好的关系；
？ Keep and maintain good relationship with local management.
与本地管理人员保持良好的关系。

？ Excellent knowledge in C# programming language, improved through at least 3 years of experience.
精通C#语言，并拥有三年以上C#开发工作经验
？ Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL server 2008 for the database, Data Access Layer, ADO Entity framework 4 for ORM, Windows Form, WPF, ADO.NET 4.0, Click Once for the deployment.
熟悉Microsoft SQL Server 2008数据库、DAL、ADO Entity Framework 4 ORM、WinForm、WPF、ADO.NET 4及Click Once发布。
？ Capability to document implemented processes.
