职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 处理项目文件工作，如：文件管理，打印，归类，检索，更新，存储和扫描等；
2. 对项目商务部分提供辅助和支持；
3. 对客户提供售后服务，实时跟进项目进展及客户维护；
4. 维护项目文件和部门文件；
5. 检查项目报告和活动报告，负责项目付款、发票、报销、报价；
6. 负责完成办公区域日常维护工作；
任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，专业不限；
2. 优秀英语口语及写作能力；
3. 优秀的组织和沟通能力；
