职位描述：
本职位直接汇报给工厂总经理及中国区内控经理，全面负责深圳工厂内控管理工作，协助总经理及内控经理提供准确及时的成本/预算/报价等信息。

Job Responsibilities 工作职责：
? General Costing Related task, e.g. Evaluate standard product cost components , Variance analysis, Ensure that standard product costing is updated on a regular basis, Yearly surchange define etc. 全面成本管理，如，标准成本维护，差异分析， 季度成本更新，年度指标设定等
? Support the budgeting and forecasting processes as directed by Controlling Manager China 全面协助深圳的预算工作
? Analyse data and transform it into information relevant to the management periodically给管理层定期出具分析报告
? Evaluate data coming out of the sales organisation – quotes, forecasts, budgets 评估报价及预测数据
? Assist Controlling Manager in Project Controlling项目预算管理
? CI Project evaluation 评估CI项目
? Support the Asia organisation in setting up and monitoring internal controls 协助建立相应的内控制度，追踪内控实施情况
? Coaching of other departments with regards to internal controls and procedures. 内控及流程的培训
? Assist relevant team members and Asia group to be in compliance with laws and regulations, in particular SOX. 协助SOX工作
? Carry out tasks as assigned by Controlling Manager, Plant Manager or Director Controlling Asia related to internal controls, product costing, risk management, and management reporting 其他指定工作

Qualifications 任职资格：
? University Degree (or equivalent) in Accounting/Finance 本科学历，财务专业
? Expert in budgetary Control 预算管理经验
? Expert in Controlling Principles 内控管理经验
? Project Mangement 项目预算管理经验
? Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel 熟练使用Excel
? Expert in use of SAP FI/CO modules 熟练使用SAP FI/CO 模块
? Proficient in Lean Basic 熟悉精益管理
? Proficient in English (listening, speaking, writing) 流利英文
? Analytical skills – able to analyse data and information from different areas of the business and come up with a summarized conclusion and argument. 分析汇总能力
? Time Management – able to prioritize tasks and allocate time appropriately. 时间管理能力
