The China office is seeking a temporary recruiting coordinator (6 months’ basis) with 2 to 3 years’ prior recruiting experience to provide support to the regional talent acquisition specialist. This role will be based in Shanghai office.
? Manage job postings on WorkDay and other career portals
? Supporting the recruitment specialist on all hiring activities for China offices (intake meetings, interview and assessment scheduling)
? Assist in various administrative tasks necessary to the proper functioning of the talent acquisition department
? Coordinates background checks and necessary onboarding compliance
? Provides recruitment support for other APAC regional offices when necessary and appropriate (as directed by the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager)
? And other jobs assigned by TA team according to business needs

Requirements:
? At least a diploma qualification and above
? 2 to 3 years’ high volume recruiting experience
? Detail-oriented, self-starter and client-focused
? Team-oriented approach as well as the ability to work independently
? Ability to work in a fast paced and professional environment
? Strong time management skills
? Excellent working knowledge of MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); LinkedIn Recruiter /Workday Recruiter experience knowledge a plus
