About the position

You will be a member of the Bellman & Symfon in-house sales and marketing team located in the Guangzhou office. You will have sole responsibility for certain projects as well as team work with the sales people. You report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer in Gothenburg.

Main areas of responsibility

? Produce Final Art for various marketing materials, printed and digital
? Produce Final Art for user manuals, data sheets and other technical documentation
? Manage and negotiate translation services as well as making own translations from English to Chinese.
? Support the sales team in China with local marketing material
? Coordinate and negotiate with print shops to ensure cost efficiency and print quality
? Maintaining the content on the Bellman & Symfon Chinese websites
? 负责不同市场物料，印刷以及电子材料的最终设计稿。
? 负责产品说明书，产品技术参数资料及其他技术资料的最终设计稿。
? 管理并跟进市场材料的翻译事项以及议价工作。
? 支持中国销售团队设计相关市场材料。
? 负责与印刷供应商的沟通，以确保印刷品质及最优成本。
? 维护好Bellman & Symfon的中文网页。
Qualifications

? You have experience from working with Final Art production and are well acquainted with pre-press applications like for instance Adobe InDesign
? You have worked with content management systems (CMS) for web
? You are thorough, quality conscious and have a good eye for aesthetics
? You are an open mind team player and you welcome new and challenging tasks
? You want to grow in your role within marketing
