Position Highlight
The Sales will implement Prime’s Sales and Marketing strategy to significantly grow Company’s presence in the targeted Automotive, Communication, Industrial Control & Automation, Maritime & Medical segments.

Accountabilities
The sales will have overall responsibility of sales and marketing activities including development of strategic plan to ensure the Company has the needed tactics to achieve its revenue & market growth goals.

Major responsibilities:?Develop the overall Marketing and Sales strategy for:-
？1.Achieving revenue at profitability levels in the targeted market segments
？2.Successfully penetrating and meeting sales growth and profit goals in domestic and international market
？3.Ensure that the Sales and Marketing Functions have the necessary supporting components (technology & know-how, systems, organization, etc.) to realize the planned sales and marketing activities.
？4.Ensure that the Sales and Marketing force has and uses the needed competencies, knowledge and skills to achieve sales targets and market growth.

Candidate Background
？The candidate received his or her Bachelor Degree in Engineering for the sales shall have 5+ years relevant experience of EMS/JDM/ODM business development in the market segment addressed above.
？The candidate needs to have a track record that demonstrates abilities in the following competencies at the executive level:-
？ 1.Creativities & aggressiveness
？ 2. Amiable characteristics & sense of humor & Good communication skill
？ 3. Strategic & logic thinking and behavior
？ 4. Excellent English oral & writing capability
？ 5.Willingness to learn & commit to fulfill
？ 6.University graduate with Engineering or Electronics degree
？ 7.Familiar with international business, with track record
？ 8.Having leading sales team experience
？ 9.Experienced in selling process capabilities, effectiveness & services of EMS/CM via cooperation with PM
