职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
1.Provide professional ICT support to every department, propose company ICT management solution and service;
2.Maintain and manage LAN, ensure the safe and steady operation;
3.Maintain and manage Server, PBX, monitoring system and other public ICT equipment;
4.Maintain internal application system to guarantee the normal operation;
5.Manage all ICT facilities and consumable products in a professional manner, purchase ICT goods according to company policy and procedure;
6.Manage all ICT suppliers, deal with contract related tasks;
7.Take ad hoc assignments from department manager.

工作职责：
1.向公司各部门提供ICT专业技术支持，为公司信息化管理提供支持服务和解决方案；
2.管理和维护局域网，保障安全稳定运行；
3.管理和维护服务器、电话系统、监控系统及其它ICT设备；
4.维护公司内部应用系统，保障正常运行；
5.根据公司制度和流程，采购并管理所有的ICT设备和耗材；
6.管理所有ICT供应商，处理合同相关事务；
7.完成上级安排的其它任务。

Qualifications:
1.College degree or above, major in computer science & technology or related;
2.At least 3 years’ work experience in ICT infrastructure support and service;
3.With rich experience in network system integration, with server administration experience will be preferred;
4.Familiar with network structure and security technology, ability to analyse and deal with network error independently;
5.Solid desktop troubleshooting skills, good commend of Windows 2003, Windows 2008, Microsoft;
6.Excellent in public ICT equipment maintenance, such as PC, Printer, Projector, Server room, and so on;
7.Basic reading and writing English level.

任职资格：
1.本科以上学历，计算机科学与技术或相关专业；
2.3年以上ICT技术支持与服务工作经验；
3.丰富的网络系统集成经验，具备服务器管理经验者优先；
4.熟悉网络架构及网络安全技术，具备独立分析和处理网络故障能力；
5.坚实的桌面故障解决技能，精通 Microsoft Windows 2003、Windows 2008操作系统；
6.精通办公室ICT设备的软硬件维护，如电脑、打印机、投影仪、服务器机房、监控设备、门禁设备等；
