职位描述：
岗位职责：

1. 海外市场客户开发与维护、客户询盘回复、海外市场调查分析等海外销售拓展工作，参与并协助部分部门综合性事务。
2. 及时回复客户留言和询盘，根据客户需求编写合理的邮件和制作报价单；
3. 跟踪客户询盘进展，及时解决客户提出的价格、付款条件、产品质量、包装方式、交货期、及售后服务等问题；
4. 跟进订单的生产备货情况和单证人员出口操作进度，并及时与客户沟通；跟催客户的预收货款及尾款；
5. 处理客户投诉及根据客户需求安排售后服务； 做好销售计划、销售统计、市场调查工作。


任职资格：

1、具有商务英语、国际贸易、大专以上学历；能熟练操作各种外贸交易平台（如：阿里巴巴等），有外贸工作经验者优先。
2、英语四级以上或同等英语程度，能以流利的英语进行谈判及文书工作，口头表达能力强，有较强的商业意识及谈判技巧，开拓能力强；
3、具有良好的业务拓展能力和商务谈判技巧，有较强的团队建设及维护能力；
4、熟悉进出口贸易方面的政策和法律法规，熟悉外贸和订单管理流程，具备国际贸易、国际营销、进出口流程等相关领域扎实的基础知识和实战操作经历；
5.具有较强的进取精神、团队精神、工作激情，责任心强，抗压性强；
6、做事认真，具有责任心及团队合作精神；吃苦耐劳，积极向上的工作作风
7、良好的沟通能力，较强的计划能力、组织协调能力和文字处理能力；
8、熟练计算机日常办公操作，熟悉外贸业务平台操作，如阿里巴巴等。

Job responsibilities:

1. Overseas customer development and maintenance, customer enquiries reply, overseas market survey analysis and so on overseas sales work, participate in and assist the part of the comprehensive affairs department.
2. Respond to customer comments and enquiries, write a reasonable mail and make the quotation according to customer's requirements;
3. Follow up the progress customer enquiries, timely solve customer the price, payment terms, product quality, packing, delivery, and after-sales service, etc.;
4. Follow the orders, the production of the goods and documents to export operation progress, and timely communication with customers;To push customer payment and final payment in advance,
5. Deal with customer complaints and provide after sales service according to customer's requirements;Make sales plan, sales statistics, market research work.

Qualifications:

1, with business English, international trade, college degree or above;Can skilled operate all kinds of foreign trade trading platform (such as alibaba, etc.), with foreign trade work experience is preferred.
2, English cet 4 or equivalent English level above, fluent English to negotiate and paperwork, oral expression ability is strong, strong business sense and negotiation skills, strong development ability;
3, have good business development capability and business negotiation skills, have strong ability of team building and maintenance;
4, familiar with import and export trade policies and laws and regulations, be familiar with the process of foreign trade and order management, international trade, international marketing, import and export process related fields such as solid basic knowledge and practical operation experience;
5. Strong enterprising spirit, team spirit, work passion, a strong sense of responsibility, strong pressure resistance;

Working hours: 9:00-12:00;Single Hugh 13:30-18:00
