Responsibility

A Business Analyst within KPMG Management consulting which supports process design and changes across the Managed Service Business line

- Facilitate workshops / regular communication with client process owners to collect business requirements
- Turn business requirements into a clearly defined process
- Produce process flows for current state and future state
- Conduct gap analyses of current vs future state and define a path to achievement
- Analysis of business processes and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide expert advice on the process to users
- Work closely with Operations Managers and teams to drive understanding and improvement
- Interpret MI data to identify blockers and opportunities for improvement
- Identify and work to resolve issues
- Documentation of process / procedures
- Liaise with the client to feedback progress and test ideas for change

Experience

- 3+ years in prior business analyst role in financial service or consulting role
- Prior experience in process design and / or improvement role preferred
- Prior experience in CDD / KYC / on-boarding in a high regulatory environment preferred
- Broad understanding of the Hong Kong regulatory environment recommended
- Dealt with large-scale change and globally focused clients previously
- Dealt with hand-offs between teams and business units previously
- Prior experience in system implementation / using a workflow tool favourable

- English mandatory, Chinese preferred

- Proficient in Visio and Excel (as well as Word and PPT)
