职位描述：
主要职责：
-参照配件和最终产品的测试程序开发、实施并维护测试方案、工具、夹具。为新老产品准备测试及诊断方案，设计测试工具、设备，完成规格规范和程序。
-对灯具产品和其它相关配件进行现场评估、测试、审核工程首样、产前样及大生产样品。
-参与内部质量控制和可靠性项目的开发、维护、改进。
-对失效及客户投诉进成因分析，推动内部团队或者供应商的整改措施。
-根据收集的数据对工艺进行分析并提出建议。
-协助向公司验货员和供应商传授测试知识及Kichler对产品的期望和要求。

教育及经验：
-2~3年实验室实际操作经验。拥有至少一年电子产品制造行业实际操作经验更佳。
-会使用Word、Excel及PPT。
-懂LabView更佳。
-工程专业，电气或电子专业为佳。
-能看懂Blueprint。
-有对测试灯具装配或者接线的经验。
-能够使用电气/电子知识。
-能用整改方法对测试失败的产品提供完整的成因为析。
-具备基础电脑使用知识(Word, Excel, e-mail)。
-具备流利的英文说、写能力。
-具备优秀的问题解决和决断能力。
-能够自我管理，同时进行多重任务。
-必须具有团队精神，人际沟通能力。
-优秀的口头表达能力和技术内容的写作能力。
-必须注重细节。

Major Responsibilities:
1. Develops, implements, and maintains methods, tools, jigs, reference sources and processes in the testing of sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Prepare test and diagnostic programs, design test fixtures and equipment, and complete specifications and procedures for new and existing products
2. On-Site evaluation, testing and qualifying initial engineering samples, pre-production and production samples for lighting products and other related components against pre-set-up specification
3. Participate in the development, maintenance, and refinement of internal quality control and reliability programs
4. Perform root cause analysis on test failures, customer complaints, and drive corrective actions with internal teams/Suppliers
5. Analyze and make recommendations for process improvements based on data collection
6. Support the transfer of testing knowledge and expectations to Kichler China Inspectors and Vendors

EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE:
- Engineering degree, Electrical or Electronics preferred
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints (Drawings), specifications and procedures
-Experience building/wiring test fixtures, harnesses, cables, etc
-Able to demonstrate electrical/electronic knowledge
-Ability to provide thorough root cause analysis of test failure using corrective action methodologies
-Basic computer skills are required (Word, Excel, e-mail). More advanced PC skills are desired
-Fluent in English, both written and oral communication skills are essential to this position
-Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
-Ability to self-manage and multi-task
-Must be a strong team player. Must have strong interpersonal skills
-Excellent verbal and technical writing skills
