职位描述：
主要任务和职责
1.负责新产品的先期质量策划，确保产品过程处于受控。
2.在前期质量策划过程中，协助跟踪供应商新产品开发进程。
3.负责生产线的产品质量管理。贯彻执行质量体系，处理与产品质量有关的过程问题，保证产品和服务质量
4.制定产品质量方面的检验和控制文件，并对有关人员进行岗位培训和考核。.
5.及时处理客户抱怨
6.负责产品检具的验收、维护和验证。

资格和要求
1.本科学历，工科背景，能看懂产品图纸
2.三至五年汽车行业质量管理经验，有新产品先期质量管理/客户质量管理/制程质量管理经验优先
3.良好的英语读写能力，听说良好优先考虑
4.熟悉QS9000、TS16949等相关质量体系 举报 分享

We currently produces Seating Assembly and Seats mechanism components for China automakers, with sales of RMB 500million in 2008.The operation management is in strictly accordance with global operation system from Johnson Controls, complying with the principle of “People Orientation “.The company had get the third party certification of ISO/TS 16949, OHSAS18000 and ISO14000.
