Mission
- Lead team to prepare the contract documentation by ensuring best quality. At the same time continuous process review and improvement to guarantee speed.
Contact
- Internal: Internal Sales colleagues.
- In some exceptional cases Risk, Finance, Customer service, Vendor Management, Legal Service and external (project related): Vendors, Lessees, Dealers, Imp./Exp. Company, etc.
Task:
- Lead team for Contracts Administration (preparation of contracts, verification of contracts; contract change process before activation)
- Documentation Checking
- Coordination and Monitoring of Team
- Communication with other departments/ units/ customers
- Implementation and order processing of lease contracts
- Preparation of funding to customer incl. necessary documentation check
- Follow up and improvement of internal processes
- Additional tasks ad hoc
Knowledge:
- People Management
- Contract preparation/ documents management
- Background of Project and/ or Contract Management
- Leasing/ commercial/ banking/ legal knowledge
- English language ability
- Having understanding of SAP
Experience
- Several years of experience in Project Management and/ or Contract Management
- Having worked (possibly) in an international environment
Education
- Bachelor or above
