职位描述：
本公司诚聘一位在微生物发酵和蛋白表达方面具有实验室经验的研发助理，具体职务描述如下：
1、负责研发实验室小型（1-7升）发酵罐的操作，包括装罐、细胞生长和发酵数据采集、发酵液回收处理，以及通过在岗训练，掌握发酵罐的初步维护和故障排除技能。
2、负责通过实验室小型（1-7升）发酵罐，利用各种微生物宿主进行蛋白表达和电泳检测。
3、利用自身的蛋白表达、发酵方面的知识、经验，和独立文献研究能力，进行一定程度的发酵过程优化，提高蛋白产量和活性。

对申请者的要求如下：
1、具有在以下领域之一的本科或硕士学历：生物工程、分子生物学、生物化学、化学或相关其他领域；此外，申请者需要有学术实验室研究经历，或者工业实验室工作经历。
2、在小型发酵罐操作和使用和/或蛋白的微生物表达方面具备专业知识和实验室经验。
3、能配制复杂的细胞生长培养基和各种实验室用溶液，以及通过电泳或生化反应的方法进行蛋白表达的检测。
4、能通过在职培训和不断的学习，掌握自身专业领域之外的知识技能，特别是：发酵流程的优化、各种工业微生物的培养、基本的酶学知识，以及蛋白生化性质的检测。
5、申请者需要具备良好的实验记录习惯、注意细节、有条理，并需要具有良好的沟通能力，能够和不同研究领域、学术背景的成员和同事和谐共事和合作。
6、具备良好的英文文献阅读和实验报告撰写能力，以及英文口头表达能力。

The successful candidate will join a dynamic team and be responsible for the following:
? Daily operation of small-scale (1~7L) fermenters, including vessel setup, online and offline monitoring, post-fermentation culture recovery and processing, as well as basic troubleshooting
? Optimize the existing and develop new fermentation processes to meet the yield and throughput requirement of various projects.
? The successful candidate will have a practical familiarity with recombinant protein expression in different host microorganisms. Practical experience with basic protein analysis techniques would be a plus.
? Able to research a problem in literature and apply learning to the development of a viable solution.
? Be a motivated self-starter and must be able to work responsibly in a multidisciplinary, goal oriented, research team. Requires some routine work, as well as some work where the individual would be responsible for both the technical and intellectual aspect of a research project.

Requirements:
? The position requires a minimum of a BS/MS in bioengineering, molecular biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or a related field with practical lab experience in an academic, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology setting.
? The successful candidate must have good record keeping skills, excellent attention to detail, and a good working understanding of laboratory reagent preparation.
? Excellent communication skills and the desire to work within a multidisciplinary team are also required.
? The successful candidate must be motivated, creative, have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills, and be capable of working independently or in a collaborative setting.
? Strong analytical and organizational skills are highly desirable.
? Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English. 举报 分享
