1．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的
- Creation of sustainable, state-of-the-art software solutions
- Assurance of delivery of defined product functionality in accordance with the specified, prioritized order and deadlines
- Compliance with the agreed quality standards
- Technical (non-disciplinary) leadership of the team with regard to the integration and implementation of test automation and test-driven development
- Safeguarding and continuous improvement of the working environment in software development
2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
Tasks:
Development and customization of innovative software solutions for applications with the robot, e.g. laser welding, using the agile methods specially developed for the Chinese market. Tasks include:
- Ensuring testable architecture and testable software design
- State-of-the-art test design in terms of test automation
- Primary: Definition and coding of test automation of the developed software at unit, component and system level
- Secondary: Coding of functions, modules, classes and similar software structures as part of the scrum team
- Performance of manual acceptance and regression test
- Maintenance and bug-fixing of existing software
- Maintaining of functional interfaces to core development in Augsburg
- Ensuring that development documentation is kept
- Noting potential for process/product improvement
Responsibilities
- Individual responsibility for the implementation of development tasks within the scrum team
- Ensuring the expandability of the developed software modules within the scrum team
3．KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求
Educational: Degree in computer science, mechanical engineering, mathematics, electrical engineering, or equivalent qualification
Special abilities:
- Good sense of business with regard to the implementation of programming tasks
- Structured working
- Results-oriented, aptitude for planning and organization, excellent communication skills, ability to work well in teams
- High level of personal dynamism and individual responsibility
- Readiness for ongoing further development/education
Language Skills: fluent Written and Oral English Skills
