职位描述：
1. Responsible for supervising the QC Department, set up and execute quality assurance procedures to meet and exceed the company requirements;
2. Work closely with other internal divisions to identify the requirements, inspection plans and quality standards;
3. Assess the product specifications of the suppliers to ensure the compliance with the quality standards and customer’s requirements;
4. Plan and review full spectrum of quality policy associated product specification and customer requirement to improve the efficiency and effectiveness in preventing and detecting quality problem;
5. Maintain and continuously improve the quality assurance system and quality improvement programs;
6. Prepare quality reports analysis and recommend solutions & preventative measures;
7. Ensure the compliances of quality and safety certifications and legal standards;
8. Identify relevant quality-related training needs and deliver training;
9. Frequent travelling within Guangdong province, and required to carry C1 driving license.

Requirements:
Degree holder in Electronics Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing or related disciplines;
5 Years solid experience in quality assurance, quality control and PRC manufacturing environment, with minimum 3 years in a managerial position;
Experience in Electronics/Electrical Small Electrical Appliance Industry is highly preferred;
Strong supervisory or managerial experience to lead a team to handle the QA work, quality controlling, trouble shooting & product improvement;
Excellent project management skills are required;
Good knowledge of international safety regulations & standards;
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;
Self motivated withexcellent analytical skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills;
