Responsibilities:
岗位职责:
? Responsible for answering and forwarding incoming telephone calls
? Register and greet visitors including issuing visitors cards based on security system requirement
? Process incoming and outgoing mails, including express deliveries
? Make travel and hotel arrangements including air ticket booking, hotel reservations for employees' travel
? Prepare and update the Extension list on time
? Collect invoice from filling clerks and ensure accurate handover to finance team for payment processing
? Order stationary items, business cards and fast food meals per request
? Mobile phone expense analysis and record
? Assist interview arrangement
? Be flexible, complete general office work as discussed from time to time with immediate supervisor
? Project Tasks: Support annual dinner, family day and other company events ? Professional and smiling image for the entity Internal customer feedback for responsiveness and accuracy of work
? To provide administrative support to the site, ensuring effective communications between different departments
? Provide day to day management of Admin Support section, include but not limited to the activities of site general services (traveling, shuttle, meal, cleaning, security, greenery, etc.)
? Coordinate administrative and project-related activities (symposiums, meetings, guest visits, etc.)
? Assist HR for Beijing office’s HR related works, (collect new hire’s onboard requirement as well as assist resign staff to well hand over, ect.)
? Coordinate with Australia IT and local IT vendor regarding Beijing office’s IT related issues as well as office fixed-line telephone’s issues
? Other duties as assigned


Requirements:

? Bachelor’s degree
? Minimum 1-2 years' internship experience in foreign invest company or hotel industry.
? High sense of responsibility
? Good customer service attitude
? Detail oriented
? Able to have communication in English with visitors and internal customers
? Takes initiative to identify priorities and seek guidance, if needed.
? Contributes to positive work environment.
? Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment.
? Demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
? Experience with Lotus Notes, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint desired.
