1、负责办理员工入职、异动、转正、离职手续等的办理及管理;
2、负责新员工入职培训工作;
3、负责EHR系统的员工个人信息录入、更新和维护管理工作;
4、负责薪资核算、社保/公积金增减员办理;
5、负责员工年度体检、残疾人年审等工作;
6、协助建立和完善公司的员工关系管理制度、流程体系;
7、完成上级交办的其他工作。
任职要求:
1、全日制本科以上学历;
2、3年以上任职同岗位工作经验;
3、熟练使用EXCEL、WORD、PPT等办公软件;
4、熟悉劳动法及相关法律法规;
5、人力资源管理、劳动与社会保障、心理学等相关专业优先。
