职位描述：
Key responsibilities:
?Collaborate with MFG COE team, BE team and project team for operational IT matters, business requirement analysis, solution definition in APAC CKD plants
?Drive optimization and consolidation of CKD plant application portfolio to support business growth
?Follow and execute global MFG CKD IT strategy, actively be part of global manufacturing business engage team
?Roll out global incident, problem, change and release management process in APAC CKD plants
?Cooperate with SAP team for new change requests in Malaysia plant operation
?Coordinate with APAC manufacturing central of expert team for CBU applications roll out in Malaysia and India plants
?Subject matter expert in plant software download process. Lead Malaysia and India plant software download operation.
?Support plant IT managers to manage factory onsite support team
Qualification:
?Bachelor degree or above in computer science or engineering
?Language: English(very good both spoken and written)
?At least 3 years’ working experience in car manufacturing industry, and 1 year working experience in the role of IT application support
?Good knowledge of MFG and logistics business and applications, e.g. BIS, ATACQ and VCATS
?Experience on CKD/SKD Manufacture or logistics is much preferable
?Good IT knowledge on database, network, storage, etc.
?Good knowledge on ITIL. ITIL foundation certificate is a plus
?Basic knowledge on project management
