  • Job Description:

  • Daily support the production line. ;

  • Internally drive actions on productivity, efficiency and capacity to support business increasing;
  • Daily support the production line. Cooperate with all the functions to provide necessary support related to safety, NQC, SPS and other continuous improvement activities.
  • Suggest & implement all productivity initiatives to meet the yearly business line productivity target (DLP) and to meet the capacity increase (ex: PLT reduction, Ke improvement)


Job Requirement:

Education:

Bachelor degree,
major in mechanism, engineering, electronics, industrial engineering etc.

Job Related Experience:

8+ year experience in Lean manufacturing/Project engineering /Industrialization/ Maintenance /Automation/SPS field;
5+ years on multi-national company

Business Understanding:

Good knowledge on
lean methodology and tools (VSM, LADM, kaizen, Ergo, 6 sigma etc); supply
chain flow (MPH, Kanban, JIT etc); quality process (DFMEA, PFMEA,PCP, Poka
Yako, Jidoca etc) ; and manufacturing process (SIM, flexibility etc);

ETO biz model environment; Good knowledge and handsome skills at SPS
system; .

Others (e.g. language skills,
technical skills):

Initiative,
positive, high engagement level; Good logical thinking and team player; Good
written & spoken English; MS Office
