职位描述：
Position Summary: Setting manufacturing processes and work cells (defines layouts, material flows, installation of equipments, etc.). Supporting and improving the design and efficiency of equipment, processes and systems through the use of engineering practices which includes the implementation of Lean Manufacturing Practices and Ergonomic.


Supervises: N/A

Preferred Education and Experience:
1. Bachelors of Science in Manufacturing Engineering or Related Field
2. Experience in an automotive related field preferred
3. 5 years engineering experience
4. Knowledge and experience with Lean Manufacturing methods
5. Good written and spoken English is preferred



Duties include, but not limited to, the following:

- Deliver lean tools training like Value Stream Mapping, Pull System, SMED, KANBAN system etc.
- Implement the Value stream Analysis and design the future state Value stream, then take action to close the gap
- Teach, Coach and train cross function team to engage in lean workshop
- Communicate for Lean best practice and lessons learned in the organization
- Develop & optimize plant layout in according with the business growth
- Manage the Cycle time reduction process to achieve annual target
- Propose the minimum inventory level based on capacity and capability study
- Set up work cell layout based on Shape China standard.
- Works with Quality Engineer, Welding Engineer, Process Engineer on part and process maturation
