职位描述：
1. Brief Description of the Job
The Warehouse Supervisor will lead and manage a team of local workers in Guyana, South America where Bosai's manganese mine (GMI) locates, with main focus of establishing and managing an efficient warehouse to support the company’s mining operation.

2. Key Duties
1) To give full support to the management to establish an efficient warehouse at mine site.
2) Set up rules, regulations and SOPs for warehouse daily operations. Organize and carry out trainings to workers in the department on their professions. Keep improving the system for better performance and achievement.
3) Strictly monitor and control the daily activities of the warehouse with regard to receiving, issuing, inventory counts and shipping of items.
4) Fully cooperate with other departments to strive for productivity excellence.

3. Qualification
1) Education: Bachelor education is required, with preference for warehouse Management.
2) Experience:
a. Minimum 3 years of working experience in warehouse with at least 1 year in supervisory capacity, preferable if in medium to large scale warehouse in mining or similar industry.
b. Speaking and writing in both Mandarin and English.
c. Team player with good communication skills.
d. Self-driven and self-motivated.
e. Ability to effectively & efficiently adopt/adapt in foreign country to enhance productivity and efficiency. 举报 分享
