职位描述：
我们的客户是一间印度知名的上市公司, 年营业额大约15亿美元, 涉及的行业有照明, 电机, 开关断路器, 电风扇, 电热水器, 小家电, 空调/冰箱/洗衣机/电视, 美容美发电器等, 在印度有12家生产工厂, 在中国有一个采购办公室. 目前全部雇员超过8000人。

岗位JD：
财务管理工作：
1. 公司财务政策和财务操作流程制定和完善；
2. 负责财务部门的管理，给下级成员提供引导或支持并监督他们的日常动；
3. 监督执行、维护公司财务管理程序和政策，参与制定年度、季度财务计划和预算；
4. 负责对预算的执行情况进行监控；
5. 负责公司的会计账务管理；
6. 负责公司月底及年底的结算和财务报表的审核；
7. 负责公司的年度审计工作安排和支持；
8. 负责公司纳税申报工作和年度审计工作，以及出口退税工作的管理；
9. 向公司管理层提供各项财务报告和必要的财务分析；
10. 组织公司的成本管理工作, 进行成本预测、控制、核算、分析和考核，确保公司利润指标的完成。
 
人力资源管理工作：
主要负责公司内部的人员招聘，社保五金购买与人员管理。

行政工作：
主要负责公司内部行政事务。

任职资格：
1. 财务、审计、金融等相关专业本科以上学历；
2. 具备8年以上财务管理工作经验；
3. 熟悉国家金融政策、企业财务制度及流程、会计电算化，精通相关财税法律法规；
4, 有多年跨国公司工作经验, 最好是外商采购办公室；
5, 对进出口业务熟悉, 特别对于出口退税及其它税务熟悉.
6, 对账务日常业务熟练, 熟悉账务报表制作.
7, 英语要求熟练, 可以同外国总部账务同事直接对接.
8. 具有较强的财务信息统计、预测、分析能力；
9. 有良好的组织协调能力、沟通能力和承压能力，诚实守信。 举报 分享
