职位描述：
? Implement global category strategy in Ball Asia Pacific plants, create sourcing strategy for Asia Pacific region for tooling & spare parts commodity, lead sourcing activities for tooling & spare parts category in Asia Pacific.
? Ensure category supply base support the KPI's set by Ball in regards to cost, delivery, quality and safety.
? Drive continuous improvement programs at the suppliers within tooling & spare parts categories with special focus on cost saving initiatives (for example transfer the production of tooling & spare parts from HCC to LCC) in order to exceed cost reduction targets.
? Identify and develop potential suppliers capable of providing products per the technique requirements of Ball without violate existent patent.
? Work across different business functions within Ball ensuring that category strategy are reflected and addressed in the daily operation.
? Lead negotiations with suppliers and execute Purchase Agreements.
? Representing Asia Pacific tooling & spare parts commodity to participate in global sourcing activities and projects.
? Lead and implement supplier management programs in related category.
? Work with supplier and different business functions ensure all business transaction is conducted under high ethical manner.
? Other sourcing activities as assigned.

Requirements任职要求
? 5+ years sourcing experience in related category, bachelor degree or above, mechanical engineering and Six Sigma Black Belt background preferred.
? Well documented results with strategic sourcing with a special focus on cost optimization.
? Strong negotiation, project management, good market research and data analysis skills.
? Dynamic, proactive and strong self-driven attitude to daily work, fact based and structured approach to tasks.
? Team player with good interpersonal communication skills.
? Good command of English in both speaking and written.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word/PowerPoint/Excel). 举报 分享
