职位描述：
Assist lead engineer to do overall support and manage and develop coating process.
        协助首席工程师支持和管理镀膜工艺
? Supply the technical support to coating production as required.
        技术支持镀膜工艺
? Ensure the all process and equipment issue to be solved in time.
        确保工艺问题解决及时
? Assist Production supervisor to obtain optimum manufacturing capability, stability and good quality in lens with high yield.
        协助生产主管达成生产效率
? Supply technical support to other production area in terms of process technology
        技术支持其他生产区域

Responsibility具体职责
1、Provide technical support for AR coating to solve the major problems rising in production on time. Ensure the trainer/Trouble shooter/ supervisors receive enough help when they need
对真空镀膜工艺及时提供技术支持，解决生产中遇到的问题，确保培训员、现场问题提出者、主管受到必须的帮助
2、Work with lead engineer to manage all process and product change as needed. Qualify and validate any new process/ equipment/ products.
和首席工程师一起管理工艺变化
3、Ensure all process documents prepared and keep updated in time.
确保所有的工艺文件准备和更新准时
4、Monitoring the process implemented correctly as required. Rectify any wrong operation and process. Stabilization the process conditions
监控工艺按需要执行正确，杜绝错误操作，稳定工艺条件
5、Keep improving process to achieve higher yield and production efficiency. And update the relevant document on time
持续改善工艺，争取更好的合格率的生产效率，及时更新相关文件
6、Assist production people to improve the manufacturing environment and cost down
协助生产人员改善制造环境和节约成本
7、Ensure technical operation and documents implemented well to production
确保技术和文件在生产层面执行
8、Investigate the coating defect causes and work out the best solution. Dig out the root cause and get relevant staff informed/ trained
研究真空镀膜缺陷原因，选择最好的解决方案，解决根本问题并培训相关人员
9、Organize and fix the equipment problems in these areas, to minimize the break down time.
组织和解决设备问题，降低停机时间
10、maintain up to date information of practices and improvements in process and program.
维护数据信息和投入工艺改善的活动

Qualification
1、本科以上学历，自动化、电子、机械等工科专业优先
2、2-3年工作经验，大型外资制造工厂经验优先
3、良好英语书面水平，口语能表达观点
4、很好的团队精神
5、SPC, FMEA, DOE的使用比较熟悉 举报 分享
