职位描述：
岗位职责:

1、根据公司的总体规划战略，制定电商运营计划。
2、负责完成店铺销售目标。
3、对电商相关的数据（营销数据、交易数据、商品管理、顾客管理 ）进行分析，并根据结果提出店铺运营的改进方案，进而安排和执行相关内容，优化整个店铺运营情况。
4、有计划的优化各项指标，如：点击率，转化率，跳失率，回头率等；站内SEO优化等日常运营工作，对店铺库存负责。
5、观察同行业运营情况以及市场动态，努力发掘新的商机。
6、能够独立策划活动，制定营销方案，并执行到位。能独立完成联合活动策划、微博微信等活动策划。
7、定期汇总数据，向上级汇报。
8、管理团队，提高团队作战能力。
9、制定公司电商部门各项培训计划。

任职资格:
1、4年以上电商经验；大专及以上学历；
2、熟悉各种营销工具，数据分析，良好的策划能力和项目执行能力；
3、熟悉汽车用品类，有京东或天猫，唯品会等运营经验者优先；
4、工作责任心及主动性强，优秀的学习能力与创新能力。 举报 分享
