职位描述：
1、根据总部年度战略规划和销售预算，制定市场拓展目标及业务拓展计划；
2、协助各直营分公司根据业务发展需要及市场特点，制定业务拓展计划及目标；
3、分析市场环境变化，结合总部的战略规划，与大型商超进行商务谈判，完成渠道拓展目标；
4、定期收集和分析行业及主要竞品在全国商超和门店的渠道信息，为直营分公司渠道拓展及改善提供建议；
5、及时追踪渠道拓展与店铺运营情况，并提供分析报告及合理调整建议，提升渠道销售业绩；
6、负责协助直营分公司销售渠道的开拓、维护，建立与各方面的沟通渠道及良好的合作关系；
7、协助直营分公司市场营销活动，负责推进市场营销活动展开，确保销售业绩的达成及销售费用的合理分配与控制；
