Position Summary:

1) Mainly focus on technical communication and support with OEM customers

2) Internal technology data transaction and documentary

3) Support sales managers hunt new biz

Supervises: None

Preferred Education and Experience:

· Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering or Metal Material & etc.

· 3+ years Experience in metal and/or plastic parts design within the automotive industry, sales support experience as bonus

· Familiar with CATIA, NX and/or I-Deas design software

· Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

Duties include, but not limited to, the following:

· Communicate with OEM customers to fully understand their design requirements; collect and keep documentary of all the data necessary for our design work

· Present our design solution to customers and participate in all technology clarification meetings to support sales

· Introduce our new innovation in products and production so as to support new biz hunting

· Study and introduce global projects' engineering data to support the projects landing in China

· Provide technical support, especially design data communication, to internal other teams

· Participate in marketing events, present products and solutions to audiences

· Assist sales managers to answer customers' inquiry related with our products

· Other tasks assigned by head of department, like collecting market information, customer's needs etc .
