职位描述：
Job requirements：
1、Over 5 years `experience in quality management (Automotive Industry Experience Perfer);
2、Bachelor degree ,or above. Basic writing and reading competence in English ；
3、Good communication skills and Ability to work under pressure .Adhere to principles；
4、With proactive spirit, results oriented thinking, can put what study to use in daily work；
5、Master APQP ；
6、Master PFMEA、CP、MSA、Process competence evaluation , 8D、SPC；
7、Know well in quality system , IATF16949 system.Be with quality program development and improving ability。
Major Responsibilities：
1.Collect and audit customer`s quality requirements;
2.Transfer customer requirement into interior quality controlling standard;
3.Train and monitor quality standard to be performed;
4.Verify the interior manufacturing process and see if it can meet customer requirements;
5.Handle customer complaints, and ensure the customer satisfaction ,prevent quality problem happening again ;
6.Continuously collect customer voice and improve the customer satisfaction.
